Most corrugation industries put double pins on their master cartons using single stitcher. This consumes lot of time and labor. To avoid this VIKAS has come up with “DOUBLE PIN BOX STITCHER” . The machine is equipped with “ELECTROMAGNETIC CLUTCH” instead of customized mechanical clutch. This is for the first time in India, that such kind of system is installed on the stitching machine. This machine is capable of stitching boxes of 3 ply to 9 ply.
